Beware of FOOD!!!!

Food!!!! If you were hungry now... and still looking at this picture... then, believe me you're going to gain at least a pound!!! I know it sounds insane, gaining weight by just looking at food... BUT, it's some how true...

According to a research conducted by Yale University, people actually gain weight by just looking and smelling food without taking a single bite. When you're looking at food while hungry, your brain will give a false signal (which your brain thought that you are consuming food), which then stimulates the production of insulin and your body started to convert glucose into fat!!! See, how unfair it is... gaining weight without even enjoying the food!!!

So, keep away from food!!! OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND!!!!

年尾又来了...

又来了... 我又再重复着一样的动作... 上网, 搜查, 下载，填表格, 烦恼，寄信，等待，落空，失望....... 一年又一年，我一而再地重复着同样的举动，到底还要重复到什么时候啊??!! 为什么别人做一次的事情我需要重复这么多年，而还是落空，失败，失望，烦恼........ 我到底是哪里做得不好啊？？
我真的很不甘心，真的很生气，可是我又能怎样?! 我真的很不明白我到底做错了什么，为什么会这样??!!

我真的觉得自己很失败，我的失败不是在于我得不到而失败，而是失败在我不知道为什么自己会失败。安迪生至少找到了999 种不能用来制造灯泡的方法，而我却没有找到我得不到它的理由。

算了，天将降大任於斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，增益其所不能。

相信上帝让我承受的这些煎熬是为了让我能更坚强地走更长的路... 我相信上帝是爱我的!!

12月3日——我要回家

刚刚被一只超大只的蟑螂吓得花容失色。夏天真的不能留在澳洲，蟑螂不是盖的多。我要回家... ...

New Moon vs Twilight

Well, I watched New Moon before watching Twilight... I know it doesn't sound right... New Moon was kind of dissapointing to me... The story was like flat... no climax... And last night, finally I got a chance to watch Twilight with Kelly(Ah Jiao). Below are the weird conversations we had while watching Twilight:

Fiona: 为什么那些Vampires 都在学校里?
Ah Jiao:因为他们要读书嘛...

Fiona: har... Vampires也要读书的ha??
Ah Jiao: 因为他们的那个age 是读high school 的age 嘛，所以就去读书lo...

Fiona:har... 那他们就读完了再读la... 就到不一样的high school 一直读一直读？
Ah Jiao: A la...

Fiona:..00 那他不是很厉害lo.. (admiring)读这么多间读这么多年liao.. 那不是能一直都考第一名？ Ah Jiao:...你.... 你... 奇怪... 你干嘛管人家这么多?? 看你的戏la... (getting irritated)

Fiona:...ooo....

After a few minutes.....

Ah Jiao: 这个女的也很奇怪eh... 那个男生这么怪还要跟他靠这么近...是我的话早就躲远远的liao lo
Fiona: 就是lo.. 吓都吓死liao...

Ah Jiao: 其实也不错eh... 能够跟别人讲... "heh.. 你看... 我的男朋友是吸血鬼eh!! (proud)"...
Fiona: hahhahahahah.... 对lo... 等一下死鬼可以变成吸血鬼!!! hhahahhaha

Ah Jiao: hahaha... 死鬼等一下生气o... hahahaha...

After another few more minutes....

Ah Jiao: eh 如果我们也打这些字(Quileute Legends)google一下，会不会出来的会跟她(Bella)的一样？？

Fiona: eh 对ho... 等一下我们可以试一下....

I really tried to google the words... and this is what I got...

Climate changing....

When we are talking about climate change, we are no longer talking about future... We are now feeling the impacts of climate change.... More earthquakes, more tsunamis, plates subducting... extreme climate....

It was like around 40++ degrees in Sydney on Sunday. And now it's just around 19 degrees outside my window... I was wearing shorts and thongs yesterday, and today I was wearing boots and jumper... Going through both Summer and Winter in just two days...

Climate changing.... everything changes....

Beach... Here I am again!!!

Clear sky... Blue Sea... Sandy Beach (of course beach is sandy..lol.., erm... perhaps not)... Burning Sun.... and here we are-- the famous Bondi Beach!!!

拥抱太阳... 拥抱海洋... 拥抱大自然.... (换来的是.... sunburn)

I learnt a lesson that day.... Never wear sunglasses all day long under burning sun.... (You will get white eyes with black face.... xD!!)
